Factors And Countermeasures To The Deviation Of Government Performance Evaluation In ChaoYang

Government performance evaluation is an important research topic in the local government performance evaluation of the current academic research of public management. At present, China’s government is in the process of transformation from management oriented government to service-oriented government, the government performance evaluation of local government management has become the realistic problem urgently to be solved. Of course, made some achievements, but also faces some difficulties. The government performance evaluation process, realize the deviation effect and value of performance evaluation results of the assessment of government performance, also influence the reform of system of our country to a certain extent the process.This paper takes Chaoyang City government performance evaluation results deviation as the research subject, the government performance evaluation from transition management point of view, using the literature research method, on the basis of relevant theory, the government performance evaluation to the existing literature reviews, summarizes the induction of local government performance evaluation of China’s problems, through the comparative study, experience and practice of government performance evaluation at home and abroad, comparative analysis, analyzed the current situation of the local government and the Chaoyang City government performance evaluation work of our country and difficulties, for the analysis of influence of Chaoyang City government performance evaluation results to find the facts on the basis of deviation. Finally, the survey questionnaire, found the deviation of government performance evaluation of the source of Chaoyang City, to ensure that the data is true and effective.Combined with the domestic and international theoretical research of government performance evaluation theory and practice model, empirical analysis of Chaoyang City according to deviation of government performance evaluation, from the source information dimension, social dimension, and political dimensions found the deviation of local government performance evaluation, and puts forward the Chaoyang municipal government performance evaluation results of corrective measures deviation. This thesis hope arouses the deviation of importance on the assessment of China’s government performance, and hope to be able to conduct in-depth research, so as to promote the effective promotion of our government performance evaluation work.
