Since the Higher Education Enrollment Expansion Policy has been implemented in1999, the number of fresh college graduates in China has been increasing year by year. By2015, this number has reached7.49million, accounting for almost half of China’s new employment population, which brought more pressure to the severe employment situation. Meanwhile, the non-profit organization in China is faced with the bottleneck of both small whole scale and the lack of talents. Under such condition, on one hand, if we could introduce part of college graduates into non-profit organizations to promote the development of non-profit organizations, on another hand, growing non-profit organizations could provide better services to help college graduates employment, which would be a perfect cycle.Based on such situation, starting from the perspective of policy support, this paper takes it as the research object as to what is the situation of college graduates’ employment in non-profit organizations. Under the premise of well-defined concept of non-profit organizations, college graduates and public policy, this paper takes the government failure theory, market failure theory, contract failure theory and the theory of third-party management as its theoretical foundations. Firstly, it illustrates the development prospect of college graduates’employment in non-profit organizations from the viewpoint of expansion of public services, social management, advantages of non-profit organizations in public services, as well as the trend of employment diversification. Hereafter, the author takes a comparative analysis for the Status quo of college graduates in non-profit organizations, non-profit organizations’methods of promoting college graduates’employment. Meanwhile, the underlying reasons why inadequate college graduates are employed in Chinese non-profit organizations from the aspects of non-profit organizations, college graduates as well as social policy. Based on these reasons, the author puts forward relevant policy recommendations from the perspective of policy support and ultimately concludes that:in order to improve the employment rate of college graduates in non-profit organizations, the essential government support lies in improving policy support system social entrepreneurship for college students, increasing government support to purchase services from social organizations, speeding up the process of the cooperative talents nurturing between universities and non-profit organizations, perfecting the ensuring and encouraging system of talent import in non-profits organizations.
