In addition, by improve the administrative efficiency of local government conduce to our country’s construction of service-oriented government management model. At present our country shoulders the dual task of developing the socialist market economy and the construction of a well-off society, take the special situation in China into account, a suitable model which can match the government management is very important. Local government as a grass-roots government, how to use less input to provide quality and efficient service to the society is the key.
