Comparative Research On Anti-corruption System Of China And America

In accordance with the synthetically strength evaluation of various countries in the world, both of America and China are standing in the forefront, but in the international transparent organization’s incorruptible index place, America ranks19while china ranks80. Both of them are world powers, the incorruptible index place of china is far away from America, why? The most fundamental reason is that the different national conditions and anti-corruption system of those two countries. And the validity of governance is different from American anti-corruption system. Under the characteristic of system that are radical, chronic and stability, I will make a comparison of China’s anti-corruption system including prevention, supervision, punishment, characteristic with American. We can draw that the anti-corruption of those two countries were established in their own national conditions and social conditions. Both of their systems have their merits. Some of them are perfect, but there’s also some defect. Even though there are some defects of American system, but by the research of American anti-corruption system, in light of China’s national conditions. We can also draw some beneficial enlightenments:Reforming and perfecting the system of civil servants employed including employment standard, selection process and recruitment system; Perfected the property declaration system, adjusted the declaring range, declarable contents and reporting entity; Perfected the prevent conflicts of interest system, strengthen civil servants’concept, established a complete set of this system; Compared with America, the anti-corruption institution of our country lack independence. We should establish some institutions which are composed of some independence staffs; they can also do their job independently. All of above are useful for our anti-corruption system construction. The road of anti-corruption is a long way to go. Imagine that if the civil servants of a country have a high professional moral quality, there are also some independent anti-corruption institutions, under strong and powerful supervision by a set of complete anti-corruption systems and regulations, this country will reach a highly clean without a sea of troubles.
