| The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the clean government and the anti-corruption campaign. Therefore, it is the common responsibility for the whole society and the major political task for the whole party to comprehensively promote the construction of the corruption punishment and prevention system. Network anti-corruption is becoming an effective way to prevent and monitor. However, it is also becoming a new challenge due to inadequate laws and lagging institutional mechanisms.In the research process, the author proposes the network anti-corruption’s practical difficulties through the analysis of actual cases. Based on describing the principle parts, characters and the related laws of network anti-corruption, the article revealed the function position of network anti-corruption in corruption punishment and prevention system, that is "education" and "supervision". It also provides theory support to institutionalize the study of network anti-corruption. Based on "good governace", the author combines the responsibilities that different principle parts bear in anti-corruption. Starting off from the advantages and characters of Internet itself and taking solving realistic difficulties as the research path, the article has a deep discussion on network anti-corruption education and the institution guarantee of supervision. Then, the author combines it with the construction of punishing and preventing corruption,and also give some responses and suggestions about how to make full use of the function of network anti-corruption. Through the joint applying of education,supervision and system measures, we can make the best of the "education"and "supervision", and then promote the construction of punishment and prevention system. |
