Research On The County Governmental Improving Micro-blog In The Theory Of Deliberative Democracy

With the high-speed development of China’s micro-blog in the politics in 2010, local government agencies have already built their own official micro-blogs,which become the important platform of understanding the people and political participation. Micro-blog is a media "micro revolution", political participation, and the greatest innovation mode. Administrative micro-blog diversification of the subject has become a real grassroots media of facing to face with the people, Micro-blog has the advantages of the limited words and convenience, diverse means of sending so that each individual can express their view points, it is good for the voice of the people and the interaction between the government and the public.This paper has mainly 4 major parts. The basic logic is:The first section divides 4 small parts. the first is about the related concept of the micro-blog politics, involving the definition, features and significance of the micro-blog in the politics. And the second is about the theoretical foundation of the deliberative democracy. The third is the county government’s micro-blog politics presents the characteristics in the perspective of deliberative democracy, and last is micro-blog politics meets requirement of the deliberative democracy into internal development.The second section shows the historical development of the county government’s micro-blog politics, and shows the different characteristics between the government and the people in the different development stage.The third part mainly discusses the presence of the issues and causes of the micro-blog mechanism in the county government in the view of the deliberative democracy.The fourth part is that the county government develops the countermeasures of the micro-blog politics in the view of the deliberative democracy. To solve the problems in the micro-blog politics,there have some proposals: improving of the macro-laws and mechanisms, setting up a Corresponding legal system;completing the operational mechanism of micro-blog politics, carrying out the real-name system and performing evaluation mechanism. meanwhile, we can utilize the modern technology means and enhance the ethics. meanwhile, regulating the content of the micro-blog politics promoting the communication between the official and the people, etc.
