From The Angle Of Traditional Culture To Research Chinese Consultative Democracy

Chinese Consultative Democracy is an important part of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics,and it is an important form of democracy which is complementary for electoral democracy.Chinese Consultative Democracy as early as seen in coalition government in the Anti-Japanese War,and then evolved normatively in the founding of New China.It formed a variety of negotiation to Chinese Communist Party and the democratic parties in political consultation as the core.It is not only a variety of levels, and covers a wide range of surfaces, can better reflect the wishes of the needs of the general public.Chinese Consultative Democracy in China’s burgeoning and booming also not groundless,it has deep roots in the history and culture.Many classic idea of traditional Chinese culture provides a valuable spiritual resource for consultative democracy,but at the same time, some culture dross elements which is also a problem of consultative democracy.Therefore, the study of Chinese Consultative Democracy from the angle of traditional culture research unique reasons, analyzing its cultural causes some problems for a better understanding of consultative democracy to China, from changing the level of cultural environment promoting the progress of Chinese Consultative Democracy, is of great significance.This paper is divided into six parts to describe.The first part is the introduction,the author reviews the important node of the democratic process in China since the Opium War in short text, pointed out that China has missed the opportunity to enter the democratic countries under the rule of law is not accidental,and it must be caused by the traditional cultural factors behind.The second part is the first chapter, began discussing the theme.In view of the fact that there is a great difference between the western theory of deliberative democracy and Chinese Consultative Democracy theory and practice, so the first chapter not to the western theory of deliberative democracy as the research background, but from the point of view of the basic concept of democracy, through the analysis of the current main democratic theories derived from the basic outline of the business association of democracy.Then this paper reviews the basic course of the development of Chinese Consultative Democracy, gives Chinese Consultative Democracy concept, characteristics, forms and the constitutionalism value.The third part is the second chapter, analysis the advantages of Chinese Consultative Democracy, and points out that the traditional culture resources to support this kind of advantage.The fourth part is the third chapter, analyzes the main problems existing of Chinese Consultative Democracy, and tries to analysis of the causes of these problems of culture from the perspective of traditional culture.The fifth part is the fourth chapter,this part from the perspective of cultural reconciliation has pointed out the reflections on the weakening of the negative effects of traditional culture,and try to take this as the foundation, create a favorable external environment of Consultative Democracy.The last part is the conclusion, is a kind of cultural development tendency of the ultimate expression of hope——the "Cultural conservatism",a country or a nation’s culture may only be in the natural growth condition to get better inheritance and development.
