Research On Home-Based Service For Poor Elderly Population In Jiang Xi Rural Community

JiangXi province has gradually entered the aging society, besides, population aging also showed some new characters, such as acceleration of aging and poverty of the elderly, pension issues will be very important. When JiangXi province entered the aging society, the economy was still in the less developed level. Although organization care can meet the demand for pension services of the old to a certain extent, in general, there are many problems with organization care, such as high investment and homogeneity service etc. In order to deal with aging population pressure,JiangXi province began pilot home-based care service in recent years, and some achievements have been made in the protection of all kinds of needs of the old.Poor elderly population in the Rural, who have economic status and limited self-care ability, is vulnerable groups among elderly population, so protecting these people’s pension rights and interests is particularly important. Therefore, an study of how to protect the poor elderly pension rights and interests, has a positive significance to improve the JiangXi’s home-based care service system.This thesis’ s research scope is the pension rights of poor elderly population,analyze the problems existing in home-based care services of rural poverty elderly population,and find out the causes of the problems, meanwhile, the feasibility of home-based care service of rural poor elderly population are analyzed. On the basis of the home-based care services working experience in home and abroad, make certain of the principle should adhere to improve the home-based care service of rural poor elderly population, and put forward some suggestions on how to improve the home-based care service of rural poor elderly population at last.
