Aging of population is an important trend of human society development,and a basic condition of our country for a long time.However,aging of population in our country faces a brand-new subject.At the beginning of founding a state,our country ushered in the population explosion growth,population explosion.It is a unique phenomenon in Chinese society to adopt the strict family planning policy and control the population.Our country already entered the aging society in 2000,and will quickly enter the deep aging society,the pension situation will face unprecedented challenge.Faced with a large number of elderly population,the traditional meaning of "raising children for old age" has become unrealistic due to long-term family planning.The existing problems of institutional pension and traditional pension concept make today’s elderly people have to choose the way of pension,community home pension is undoubtedly a better model.In order to directly cut into the theme of community home care and grasp the key issues,this paper selects the elderly in urban Liaoning as the research object to discuss the existing problems and countermeasures of community home care services.Its industrialization process was earlier,and more convincing and representative.The research content is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is to choose the path,research background,research methods,related concepts and theoretical basis,combine theoretical knowledge with practice,and lay a theoretical foundation for the study of urban community home care services in Liaoning.The second part makes a detailed analysis of the status quo,existing problems and causes of home care service in urban communities in Liaoning Province.The third part finds out the existing problems of home care service in urban communities in Liaoning province by comparing the advanced experience of home care service mode in relatively developed cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,and draws on domestic and foreign research data.Draw inspiration from these advanced experiences.Based on the actual situation,this paper discusses that the community home care service in Liaoning should be led by the government,supported by the community and other service organizations,with appropriate participation of the society and under the condition of cooperative operation of various departments,and cannot be over-industrialized.Because the elderly population is the vulnerable group in the society,they need social help and care,and they are the object of social security.They can’t only make money from them.Only the government can better meet the needs of the elderly in urban areas.This article from the economic,scientific and human civilization progress three aspects of urban community home care services in Liaoning.First of all,the basic information such as economic income and demand of the elderly population in Liaoning is understood and analyzed.The elderly care must be supported by economic foundation,and community home care is the most economical and effective way.The government,society and individuals work together to provide community services for the aged that match the supply side and the demand side,which is the best choice to solve the old-age care problem at the present stage.The second is scientific,using the advantages of modern science and technology to further improve the modernization of community home care services.Thirdly,modern people should have a correct understanding of life,change their understanding of life and pension in a modern civilized way,and pay more attention to spiritual comfort,such as hospice care and hospice care.Under the current social conditions,the establishment of government-led,community-oriented elderly care service center,through the elderly care service center to solve the urgent problems such as meal assistance,bath assistance,medical assistance,health assistance,can improve the urban community home care service.This paper tries to jump out of individual limitations,with an economic perspective,scientific attitude to explore the effective solution to the problem of urban community home care services in Liaoning,but the pension situation in our province is unprecedented,the elderly before the rich,population decline,rapid aging and other problems bring many uncertain factors to the community home care services,is the direction of future efforts.
