The Performance Study Of Rural Women In Non-Agricultural Background Village Management

Non-agriculture is an variable factor which is embedded in rural govemance.With the rapid development of non-agriculture, improving rural women’s economic autonomy.At the same time,it is bound to affect the participation of autonomy and participation ability.It becomes active in the countryside of big or small, involved in the village management. In this background, the thesis is an important answer of rural women in the village management is how to participate, to participate in the performance, such as how and why to promote a set of practical proposition.Based on the background of non-agriculture village,which is on the basis of investigation and the main characteristics of village management, the paper respectively analyzes the non-agricultural from the content and form of participation under the background of rural women in the village management in practice.from the breadth and depth of participation, participation validity of three dimensions to analyze under the background of non-agricultural rural women’s participation in village management performance. On the breadth of participation, the number of rural women in village joined in the self-governance among villagers committees and village communist party branch,which we called "two committee". Significantly, compared to men in the village "two committees" in the proportion is still small, rural women’s participation in village affairs management are still vulnerable groups. From participating in depth, the rural women’s participation rights for itself a more clear understanding, and in the process of participating in the initiative has been improved, but the participation in the information is not sufficient, which is often blind to participate in the village management. From participating in the validity, different types of rural women’s participation validity is different, the elite women’s self-efficacy is higher than the mass of women’s participation in self-efficacy, but both of self-efficacy were increased, at the same time, the influence of the rural women’s participation in village affairs management is improved obviously.The whole disseration analyzes that rural women to participate in the performance management of village affairs, which is successively from the guarantee of rural women’s participation in village affairs management and incentive mechanism. The rural women’s participation in village management of public environment that is about family background, and rural women to participate in the weak consciousness, cultural quality and the capacity to keep up with their limited point of view, such as the management requirements reveals the influence under the background of non-agricultural rural women’s participation in village affairs management of several factors.Finally, to improve the performance of rural women’s participation in village affairs management path made several suggestions:from the education and training to enhance the capacity of rural women’s participation in village affairs management; in the innovation incentives to attract rural women’s participation in village affairs management; broaden the rural women’s participation in village affairs management in constructing the platform of the channel and further play to the role of the women’s federation to promote rural women’s participation in village affairs management, etc.
