In the process of social economic development, many thinkers have started to think about the living circumstances of human beings, and their ways of thinking and the final conclusions have similarities and differences. This paper selects Marx’s "alienation of labor" theory and the French philosopher, Albert Camus’s "absurd" theory as the research objects, focusing on the similar of the theoretical starting point and the attention to the "against" between people and the world, combining the respective life backgrounds and ideological development, distinguishing the difference of the way that the two theories response to the wprld, and finally trying to appeal people to pay attention to their own micro spiritual life as well as return to practice. This text is divided into four parts. The first part combs the historical backgrounds and the origin of the two theories to make clear the historical and actual basis that the theories can be compared. Combining the theme of the times that Marx lived and Camus’s reflection in the light of "existence", we can get the summary that the two questions they researched are in the same "problem domain", they are both belong to the problem of development of capitalism. The second part discusses the similarity of the two theories from object of criticism、 theoretical form and purpose to criticize. In the same age that people all pursue the maximum of the capital and wealth, and people become colder each other, the two theories express the same Indictment to the real world, and they both preach that people shuould resist to achieve happiness. The third part mainly emphasize the the fundamental difference between the two theories from philosophical basis、 theoretical starting point and expansion process. Camus insisted the premise that the world could’nt be changed, he regaded the "individual person" as the subject, and he discussed the "absurb" in the range of spirit, so his resistancewas limited in the range of speculative. On the contrary, Marx’s "alienation of labor" theory reflects the obcious enthusiasm, he regarded the antual people as the object, and he admited that the world could be changed, so he discussed the theory in the range of the real production. The fourth part mainly picks up the respective rationalities of the theories, combining the world problems we meet now, thinking the contemporary significance. The significance not only appeals to pay attention to the own micro spiritual life, but also it admits the Marx’s ultimate concern about human’s comprehensive development, and it will be the positive guide to the construction of harmonious society in China.
