Research On Traffic Congestion Management In The Main City Zone Of Dalian

City traffic is a complex and integrated system,the system change with the city’s scale and layout.The rapid development of economy and society,accelerate the process of Chinese urbanization.The rising living standards are helping people to buy their own cars.The large numbers of cars make the traffic jams everyday.The harm of traffic congestion not only hinder the pace of development,but also destroy the environment.The problem of traffic congestion is testing the managers’ ingenuity and determination.Dalian the biggest port city in China,has rapid the numbers of cars growth,we must find a way that can help to limit the rise in road congestion.This paper has five parts.The first chapter introduces the background of my paper.The research ideas and research methods and the research findings of Foreign scholars or Chinese scholars.The second chapter combed through the related concepts and theories.The third chapter introduces urban area’s traffic condition and traffic congestion.This chapter also analysis of the objective and the subjective reasons.The fourth part is all about the foreign measures of traffic management the experience of traffic management and enlightenment.The last chapter puts forward the related concept target and principle.And in the end,put forward the countermeasures of traffic congestion management.
