Social security of the disabled in rural areas is more prominent, the problem of poverty is more serious, the development ability and the environment for the development of rural people with disabilities should cause moreattention. And present situation of the high proportion of elderly people with disabilities to elderly people with disabilities old-age security problem put forward higher request, solve the problem of rural pension for the disabled is imminent.Article adopts the method of empirical analysis of the research, from the living conditions, such as pension demand, ginseng protect case for questionnaire survey, analysis found that the countryside on the pension for the disabled face less economic source, endowment service supply and demand imbalance, of family dependence degree is high. Comparison of foreign experience, China’s rural pension for the disabled career development lag, the traditional family endowment functions increasingly weaken, and the current social endowment way cannot meet the demand of the rural pension for the disabled. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the particularity of the rural disabled elderly demand, more measures to increase rural income for the disabled, perfect the relevant social security policy, encourage social forces to participate in the rural pension for the disabled, realize self pension, family pension and social pension organic combination and coordinated development.
