Study On The Employment Problems Of Disabled Persons In Rural Areas In Xindu District

To fully protect the rights of persons with disabilities,promote overall well-being of persons with disabilities,to improve the development ability and promote their equal participation,is the essential requirement of the socialist system,is an important symbol of social justice and the progress of civilization.Employment as one of the basic rights of disabled persons,the right effectively helps to improve the life of disabled persons,promote their active participation in social life,improve their social status,but the key is to help them to realize the value of life.According to the function of modern government,the employment rights of the disabled should be protected,the employment difficulties should be solved,and the employment service should be provided.Group of disabled people in rural areas compared to urban disabled employment situation is more unfavorable,because the rural steep mountains,traffic inconvenience,rural disabled people are more willing to farmers at home,but by their own disability restrictions,almost unemployed,more often fall into the poverty trap.In recent years,along with our country industrialization and city urbanization,the disabled employment service system to achieve the integration of urban and rural areas,the number of disabled people in rural areas compared to urban people with disabilities,and more worse,so whether it is for individuals with disabilities in rural areas,or their families,in the countryside,even the whole society.It is very important to help them find jobs.In the new situation,how to use the policy measures to improve the employment rate and employment level of rural people with disabilities,regardless of whether it is from the theoretical research or practical application of its significance is very important.In this paper,Xindu District as an example,mainly carried out detailed research for this special group of disabled persons in rural areas,and to understand the living conditions of their employment status,and on this basis to explore the current employment problems of disabled persons in rural areas in our country,facing the problems and their causes,and from the view of policy support to effectively to solve the employment problem of China's rural disabled.
