The issue of endowment security has always been a long-standing topic in the development of contemporary society in China,and it is also a hot topic in academic research since the beginning of this century.The current "ageing","not getting rich first" and "large population base" and other words continue to appear in people's vision,all of which indicate an increasingly serious pension situation.Under this background,due to the slow pace of economic development,the imperfect pension service system,the imperfect social security system,and the lack of family pension status,the rural areas in China are more prominent than the other old age groups..How to improve this situation,improve the pension level of rural empty-nest elderly people in economically backward areas and the satisfaction of the group's old-age care are related to the construction of a comprehensive well-off society and the construction of a harmonious society.In this way,we need to further explore the status quo and the underlying causes behind it,as well as effective measures to improve this aspect,in order to achieve the old,to promote social justice and social development.Taking the Y County of Henan Province as an example,this paper studies the pension security of rural empty nesters in rural areas,especially in economically backward areas.For further research,the article mainly uses literature research and investigation methods to The literature is to sort out the current research trends of the problem;to explore the current situation and needs of the elderly in the empty nest in Y County through the distribution and recovery questionnaires,group interviews,and access to existing statistical data;using demand theory,social rights theory and government responsibility Theoretical analysis of the problems of the elderly living in empty nests in rural areas and the corresponding solutions.The study found that the current number of empty nesters in rural areas is large and large,and there are problems such as lack of pension system security,inadequate medical and health conditions,imperfect pension service system,conflicts in pension concept,andinadequate government responsibility.The situation of low pension satisfaction.By analyzing the status quo,the government believes that the government should be the“leader” of rural pensions,increase the emphasis on pension issues in rural areas,improve relevant systems and strengthen the implementation of existing systems,give economic and industrial support,and strive to achieve agriculture.The effective connection between modernization and small-scale peasant production guides the return of some labor force,and at the same time strengthens the publicity and education of traditional culture,on the basis of which it introduces social forces and improves the old-age service system.
