It is necessary that trust as a values and spiritual in people’s social production and life, and even can be said that trust is an important part of people’s social activities. The government as an important carrier of social life, the construction also need the trust as an powerful support. The issue of trust in government becomes an hot spot in daily life. In the social trust system, the trust in government is a part of the core of social trust. The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC include“Integrity”in the socialist core value system, and clearly put forward to carrying out the outstanding problems in moral education and governance, strengthen government integrity,business integrity and social integrity and public confidence in the judicial building." If the government to lose the trust, not only reduces the efficiency of the government, but also affects the trust relationship between the government and the public, and even related to the survival of the party.The perspective of this article from ethics to research the government trust. It is divided into four parts, the first part is about the related theory, the trust in government. Including the definition of trust; the trust in government connotation; the internal logic of government credit. The second part, on the basis of the current situation of Chinese government, elaborates the damage of Chinese government trust crisis. The third part discourse the reason of effect on government trust from two aspects:objective and subjective. The fourth part, on the basis of the above, puts forward the specific ways to enhance the trust in government.
