In the21stcentury, urbanization is increasingly growing with thedevelopment of socialist modernization and thus community hasbecome an important place for teenagers to live and learn. Sincereform and opening up, the political and economic reform have beenrooted in the heart and community plays indispensable part inreform, stability as well as development. A stable community is thefoundation to build a prosperous, democratic, civilized andharmonious society. At the same time, with the strengtheningfunction, part of education function is also transferred tocommunity. Young pioneer is a national mass-based organizationand community has become its new living space and foothold. Tofurther develop the connections between schools and community isnecessary to comprehensive development of quality-orientededucation, so we build a social education network based oncommunity-school-family which could closely combine schooleducation and community education. In recent years, duringin-school young pioneer work, we gradually develop it into society.We realize that community education for young pioneers is a newarea, a new developing space, it has such stimulating vitality thatmaking the work a part of community is imperative.This thesis is divided into six parts: Part one is introduction which includes six aspects, they arestudy causes; research significance; research idea, purpose andmethods; the definition of core concept; literature review;theoretical basis.Part two is the data analysis of community education status.This research explain the status from different perspectives, suchas related workers, parents, teenagers and their teachers. Throughinterviews and surveys, we know exactly the community educationin parents eyes. Detailed explanation are from six aspects: Parents’awareness level of community education; the literacy of relatedworkers; the contents and forms of community education; the spacebuild of community education; the leading and administration workand the final effects.Part three mainly discuss the status of young pioneerscommunity education.Part four mainly shows the practical experiences abroad and indeveloped metropolises in eastern China, through theseexperiences we could avoid disadvantages in the communityeducation in Taiyuan.Part five proposes detailed suggestions for existence problems.Part six is conclusion which briefly shows the main opinion ofthis thesis including the analysis of status, the discussion andsuggestions. In addition, this thesis has shown us somedisadvantages of this research as well as development in the future,the author also proposed the future research plan.
