Study On The Financing Mode Of The Rural Nongovernmental Organizations

Since the reform and opening, the nongovernmental organizations have made a great devotion in the maintenance of social stability, the prosperity of our culture and the development of the science and technology. Rural nongovernmental organizations has an irreplaceable role in the construction of new socialist countryside, the research of the nongovernmental organizations’ financing mode has an important significance to the development of the organizations.This article divides the rural nongovernmental organizations into two deferent types,the government oriental rural nongovernmental organizations and social oriental rural nongovernmental organizations, and expounds the organizational structure and activities these two kind of rural nongovernmental organizations, combined with the status analysis of China’s rural nongovernmental organizations’ financing mode, it demonstrates two choices of China’s rural nongovernmental organizations’ financing mode, one is the government purchasing service oriented financing mode, the other is a charitable donations oriented financing mode, the first one can be used in the government oriental rural nongovernmental organizations, and the later can be used in the social oriental rural nongovernmental organizations. Then the article analyses the financing mode of foreign rural nongovernmental organizations represented by the financing mode of the nongovernmental organizations of America, Japan, Israel, and obtains the enlightenment to our country. Besides, the article demonstrates the security system of the rural nongovernmental organizations’ working healthily, presents a system proposal for he nongovernmental organizations’ finance.
