The Study On Administrative System Of Nongovernmental Organizations

The nongovernmental organizations were blooming with the reforming and opening of China. There are amounts of different caused by Chinese reforms in the political, economic and cultural structure. Furthermore, the NGO plays an important role in dealing with social crises, natural disasters, government functions and public service. But the development of the NGO is fettered by the system of the NGO administration gradually. There is a serious question that how to make sure of the active of the NGO with the effective controlling in the NGO administration.This paper is composed by three levels of analysis of the NGO administration system in force that include successively by present situation, defects, the causes of defects and perfection. Firstly, the paper explains the present situation of laws, management main bodies and its functions, management programs, motivational patterns of the NGO. Secondly, it summarizes the defects in laws, management main bodies and its functions, management programs, and motivational patterns of the NGO administration system. Moreover, this part analyses causes of defects of the NGO administration system. Thirdly, this paper tries to find out ways to perfect the NGO administration system.This paper analyses the actuality, defects, reasons and solutions of the NGO administration system by the process of the NGO administration system. It aims at providing a feasible way to overcome defects of the NGO administration system. It offers advices to the public policy and the government reform, which gives consideration to positive attitude and effective controlling of the NGO.
