Since the "Labor Contract Law" has been issued and implemented in 2006, electric power enterprise labor relations management system in our country under its guidance and influence tend to be perfect continuously. Under the background of the market economy transformation, the new "Labor Contract Law" which was issued and implemented on certain level protects the legal rights of the employees and enhances the staff illegal rights, but it also puts the higher requests to the electric power enterprise labor relations management which leads the increasing of the legal risks.By analyzing the present situations of the electric power enterprise present labor relations and legal risks in human resources, the author put forwards the legal measures to prevent the risks of labor relations management. The paper is divided into three parts specifically:Firstly, it introduces the present situations of the labor relations and employee management of electric power enterprise and summarizes the present situation and imperfections of labor relations of power enterprises, power supply enterprises and electrical multiply management enterprises.The second part of this article presents the all kinds of legal risks in process of staff management in electric power enterprise, and analyses the reasons based on the legal problems, so as to provide legal basis to the measures.The last chapter is the core part of the article. It mainly put forwards the corresponding operational measures against the above legal risks which helps power enterprise build legal awareness of advanced prevention, in-process controlling and resolution, and prevent risks in the planning and programming process. Thus to achieve the reduction of labor disputes in electric power enterprises and protect the interests of power enterprises and workers fundamentally.
