The Study On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Private Pension Institutions In Wuhu

Since twenty-first Century, the aging of the population problem in China is getting more and more serious, and the more the pension problem is very serious in our country. With the weakening of family support functions, the traditional family pension mode can’t already meet the needs of the community, how to solve this problem has become the common concerned topic of state and society. In the global trend, actively promoting the development of social endowment service industry has become a breakthrough to solve this problem. Our country is an "old before getting rich" countries, relying solely on national and personal strength is unable to solve the pension problem at present, private pension institutions as a new endowment way, play an increasingly important role in the development of China’s social old-age service industry.This paper makes a case study on Wuhu City, some pension institutions,based on field research and interviews, to understand the specific problems existing in current situation of the development of private pension institutions as well as reality, further discusses the countermeasures to improve the development of private pension institutions. The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly elaborated the background and significance of the study, based on the related concept of the literature review, and explains the research content and the research methods, the innovation research.The second chapter, mainly introduces the overview of the development of Wuhu private pension institutions, were introduced to the private pension institutions in Wuhu City, the development background and macro policy environment, on the basis of field investigation system introduces the development status of Wuhu private pension institutions. This part analyze the topic the following five aspects-the number of private pension agency status, spatial distribution, the establishment of the background and context of development, infrastructure, the operational analysis. The third chapter, combined with field survey, analysis of thedevelopment of Wuhu private pension institutions achievements, and a thorough analysis of the existing problems in the development of private pension institutions. The study found the policy environment for the development of private pension institutions in Wuhu, infrastructure and the overall trend is good.But there are some defects, such as shortage of funds, different level of construction, operation and management concept behind the lack of professionals,small-scale, policy is not perfect, the lack of industry norms and other issues The fourth chapter, on the base of analyzing the development status of private pension institutions in foreign countries and other parts of the country, summed up the advanced development experience, development countermeasures of Wuhu private pension institutions. Mainly from two aspects of internal and external, the internal aspects include internal management, personnel quality, business philosophy, the external aspects include diverse financial support, the development of policy support, legal protection, and industry regulatory system, a non-profit organization. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, points out the insufficiency of this research, and the later research direction.
