Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Zhuzhou Urban Pension System Under The Aging Background

The aging of population is the product of the level of economic development and the development of the society.As China's reform and opening up,China's economic,social,cultural,medical and so on have different degrees of improvement.People's economic prosperity,the average life expectancy has been extended,the elderly population is increasing.However,more and more old people also have a negative impact on China's economic development,the proportion of the employment population,the elderly health care costs,increasing the cost of elderly people,so that the choice of reasonable and appropriate urban old mode is an effective guarantee to promote economic development,and therefore,in the context of population aging,urban pension model is the current hot issues.In this paper,we analyze and define the urban pension system in Zhuzhou.Based on the analysis of domestic and international urban pension system,the paper analyzes and defines the relevant concepts,and analyzes the current situation of Zhuzhou urban pension system,analyzes the key factors of Zhuzhou urban pension system,analyzes the key factors of Zhuzhou urban pension system.Finally,the paper provides some ideas and references for the urban pension system in Zhuzhou.
