Administrative Service Center of Local Government, a new thing occurs when building a service-oriented government, has gradually become an integrated platform to deal with the approval of various projects for the public. The original intention of the Administrative Service Center is to provide the public with efficient, and standardized service oriented at the public. The public are the customers of the administrative service, therefore it’s convincing to let the public to judge the quality of service provided by the administrative service center and whether the administrative service center is built well or not depends on the public’s satisfaction to its service quality provided.From the public’s point of view, this thesis raises influence factor model of the public satisfaction to the administrative service center on the basis of the study on affecting factors of customer satisfaction made by relevant scholars, in combination with the own characteristics of administrative service center and taking the public expectations, perceived quality, and the center image as factors affecting public satisfaction. It takes Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang as an example for empirical research to verify this presumptive model. At the same time, it analyzes the difference in latent variable, T-test analysis of the differences of demographic variables in latent variables, and obtain the result that there is difference in the satisfaction to the administrative service center of the Bayingolin Prefecture for different ages, different ethnic groups and the public with different education background. It verifies the establishment of this presumptive model for the public satisfaction with the administrative service center by correlation analysis. It studies the impact of various latent variables on the public satisfaction through regression analysis, namely: public expectations having an impact on the public satisfaction with the administrative service, central image greater impact and perceived quality the greatest impact. According to the results of descriptive statistic to the influencing factors of public satisfaction with the public administration service center,I analyze that there are following problems in the Administrative Service Center of Bayingolin Prefecture in raising public satisfaction: the public has too high expectations on the administrative service center and low familiarity with the information issued by the center; work processes of the administrative service center is complicated; administrative service center’s staff have uneven quality; there are problems in public complaints channels and opinions acceptance; there is deficiency in meeting different demands of the public. Finally I make proposals to raise the public satisfaction with the Administrative Service Center of Bayingolin Prefecture through enhancing public awareness, perception quality and the image of the Administrative Service Center, and meeting different demands of the public based on these problems.
