Social work professional background of college students as "village officials", master of the large number of social work theory and practice skills, is easy to be applied in the practical work, it should be more effectively assume the functions of rural social work.However on the other hand, from the "ivory tower" the students, from urban to rural, from the campus to the field, into the grass-roots social work students village personally speaking, whether they can really into the grass, apply what they have learned. This research uses qualitative research method, from the social work to College-Graduate Village Official self angle to discuss its work experience. Through in-depth interviews with eight social work college students village official, the first description of the they have chosen to become a College-Graduate Village Official, found that although some people really want to return to return home at the grassroots level, some people is to account, but most choose to work as village officials much out of frustration; secondly described they become a village official work experience, from before the entry, daily work, professional practice and planning for the future of the four aspects are presented respectively, revealed the existence of entry training confusion, daily work is complicated and the future way out single problem. In addition, in professional social work development, also has own ability is insufficient and the objective environment is not optimistic about the problem; finally, from the employment motivation factors, the daily work of the university student village official adaptation and professional social work in coexistence in the construction of the application and development of three were discussed, and puts forward corresponding suggestions from the three dimensions of student village, management and policy.
