The Value Of Deliberative Democracy In Chinese Democratic Political Development Research

Deliberative democracy theory is a new type of democratic political theory,it is the rise of western society in the early 1990’s.Along with the development of diversified economic benefits of reform and opening-up, C hinese people’s democratic concept also gradually strengthened, including the affirmation of self- worth and the political participation in public affairs and expression ability.Especially,The communist party of C hina clearly regards socialist deliberative democracy as an important form of the main people’s democracy in the eighteenth big report. It proposed firstly the idea of “more and more improve the system of socialist deliberative democracy”. Deliberative democracy was formally listed in the process of democratic political construction and development and has received the unprecedented attention from the whole world.In fact,the domestic and academic circles has begun to research deliberative democracy theory combine with the actual situation of C hinese in recent years.
