Reseach On Competency Evaluation Model For County Minister Of Part Committee Organization

The revised Selecting and Appointing Party and Government Officials Regulations, to which the CPC Central Committee hosted in the January 2014, clearly states that naked officials and the cadres not be highly recognized shall not be promoted. Meanwhile, in order to test the hypothesis presented in this paper, a model that is designed in this paper, the paper launched a detailed exposition:First, the paper proved the reasonableness of competency evaluation model for county minister of part committee organization, that is, from the perspective of the Real ought to analyze the competency evaluation model should look like in theory, and the model designed in this paper is actually what it was.
