The Research Of Cadres’ Educational Training Problems And Solutions In County-Level Party School

All levels of school for the communist party of China are the most essential departments which under the command of the China Communist Party. They are also the main field that qualifies the party’s cadres. The key force that drives China’s development is the leadership of the party and the raise of cadres. The key responsibility and mission of China’s communist party school is to implement education and training within different levels of cadres. It has been highly emphasized that educational training is of paramount importance during the past 90 years since the establishment of Chinese Party. Many talents suitable for new challenges and cadres capable of building the Party and our nation have been raised in each historical period, which has promoted the vitality and vigor of our Party, and kept it up to pace. However, due to the restriction of the system and some objective and subjective factors, the development of County-Level Party School cannot adapt to the new challenges and new requirements of cadres educational training. One vital lesson we might to learn is how to maintain our characteristics, at the same time resist the crash and shock of foreign culture, and absorb the essence from advanced foreign training concept and practice. Therefore, it is important to find out the problem when training and educating the cadres and to research the reasonable resolutions for the problem.This article firstly discuss and analyze the correlation theory with the combination of basic principle of Marxism, the ideological and political work theory with educational experience of the party school and the current social background, to generate the importance and main characteristics of cadres’educational training in County-level party school.Secondly, on the basis of investigation of Guangrao’s party school, the current situation of County-level party school is summarized, thus highlighting the significant problems currently exist in most County-level party schools by analyzing their developing status.Lastly, to reach out the solution for the problems occurred in the cadres’ educational training in County-level party schools by analyzing the problem root causes and concluding the experiences.There are four main aspects need strengthened and improved in the research of problems in Country-level party school:(1) To generate the effective method for cadres’ educational training in current County-level party school by utilizing the combination of training experience in different historical period with current situation. (2) To ensure the standardized and institutionalized educating and training program in county-level party school by researching on Institutional environment and operational mechanism. (3) To clearly positioning the status of county-level party school by updating the new concepts. (4) To guarantee the effectiveness of cadres’ education and training by enforcing party school’s self development.With the solutions to these four aspects listed above, the county-level party school can better resolve the current problems in cadres’ training and thereby achieving an excellent managing team for Construction of socialist modernization.
