Study On Construction Of County’s “Landscape Type” Old-age Supporting Model

With the further development of aging population and the improvement of living standards of urban and rural residents, as well as the change of social structure and the acceleration of population movement, the number of old people living alone also increases obviously, more and more households become unaffordable to nurse them,the “grey” have more and more demands on old-age supporting services.This phenomenon gradually attracts the attention of the academy and the government. This article tries to focus on the actual situation of the county, depending on excellent ecological resources and geographical advantage of the south of Changjiang Delta District, making use of the advantages of high demand of large and medium sized cities and abundant ecological resources of urban towns, exploring and enhancing “landscape type” old-age supporting model, providing a good practice for same districts that are making efforts to construct old-age supporting system.The first sector of this article starts with the background of “landscape type” old-age supporting model, which is divided into three parts to explain. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation of traditional urban pattern: traditional family pattern is getting weak; national welfare institution pattern is out of supply; community pattern is still not that mature. Secondly it analyzes the inherent contradiction of the urban pattern: the contradiction between the urban center pressure and land tensions, the contradiction between the going up payment of urban service providers and the ability to pay of the old, the contradiction between ecological demand coming from the old and the urban space limitations, the contradiction between diversified demand of patterns and the existing pension mode. Finally, this paper analyzes the urban old people’s ability to pay with respect to the pattern. The second sector introduces the background of “landscape type” old-age supporting model. The third part analyzes some concretes. The fourth part of this article the concrete practice of building “landscape type” old-age supporting model basement in Ninghai County Zhejiang Province: to boost the development of “ecological leisure endowment” industry depending on the most beautiful environment、the preferential government policies and the most advanced management.The fifth part of this article analyzes the potential coming up difficulties to build “landscape type” old-age supporting model. First problem is the insufficient ideological preparation and immature endowment industry. Second problem may be the shortage in endowment service providers. Thirdly, the knowledge of endowment and health keeping services is not that professional.
