Research On Pension Modes Of Chongqing

With the rapid development of economy,and with the increase of people's living standard,aging problem in Chongqing has been increasing prominent.The challenge of aging problem makes us to develop a suitable pension mode.Affected by the rapid development of economy and the change of the traditional pension concept,the role of family in the elderly endowment process gradually fade,agency-supporting mode faces some other problems in the process of operation and management.The current situation of family-supporting and agency-supporting modes cannot meet the increasing material and spiritual needs of the elderly.the household-supporting pension model comes out as a new choice.The home-based care for the elderly is a pension mode which relies on the family as the core,based on community environment,relies on professional services for the elderly living in the familiar community.The household-supporting mode conforms to the long-term living habits and psychological needs.On the basis of relevant theories as psychology,social security,etc,this paper discusses the current mainly three kinds of pension models(family-supporting,agency-supporting,community-supporting modes)of Chongqing under the background of population aging in Chongqing.The methods of comparative analysis,literature analysis,by analyzing the current situation of Chongqing various pension mode In this paper,to analyze the advantages of Singaporean pension modes,explore the best pension modes of Chongqing.Household-supporting have both advantages of family-supporting and community-supporting modes,it will become the main pension mode for Chongqing's elderly in the future.This paper dissects the existing problems of Chongqing's pension modes: Household-supporting mode lacks of construction funds;services for the elderly lack of service contents;Service personnel professional quality is not high;the service quality has no evaluation standard and the policies and regulations for the elderly are not found.At last,based on questions above,the author put forward optimization pension modes of thinking and suggestion: the government needs to strengthen the leading role and to accelerate the construction of pension regulations;it also has to establish a diversified,professional,normalized pension system.
