The Research On Old-aged Supporting Issue In Rural Qinhuangdao

The issue of the old-aged supporting not only relates to the issues of agriculture,rural areas,and rural people,but also is a reflection of population aging in rural areas.The government in China take this seriously and promote Healthy China Strategy in reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The State Council has issued some policies to develop the old-aged supporting service industry and commercial endowment insurance,open the market entirely and give more support to rural areas,in order to promote the ability and standard of the service of aged in rural areas.This article takes the group of middle and old aged people in Qinhuangdao as research object,visiting and investigating regions with various development conditions in Qinhuangdao randomly though questionnaires on personal condition,family condition,economical condition,insured condition,medical condition,the appeals and wishes about pension of rural aged group.Based on the the results,we find that the problems of elder people living in rural area include: getting old without preparation,inanity,conservative,etc.Besides,rural area is facing the multi-dilemma,such as inadequate medical care and other old-aged supporting service system.Reasons are various,such as the fading function of family providing for the aged,the weakening of village collective economy,the disparity between urban and rural areas.Therefore,this article proposes some strategies to solve these problems.We should solidify the status of family providing and cover the shortage of relevant policies,cultivate the positive value of the aged and let them do something in the old age,and improve rural social security system to guarantee rural aged people get professional medical service.Moreover,we should also accelerate old-aged supporting service industry,innovate family providing service pattern,and develop rural old-aged supporting industry,so as to ensure the rural aged population enjoy their lives.
