| The league activities of the vocatinoal school are the important means of strengthening the league members’ ideological and political education implemented by the Youth League Committee of our school.With the purpose of the improving the students’ ideological and polical quality, cultivating the students’ sense of participation, promoting the students’ collectivism value and enabling the students to exploit their potentials and to realise their own value of life, our school hold various kinds and forms of league activities, which will expand the influence of the Youth League Committee of our school, enhance the relationship with society,create the positive campus atmosphere and enable our work to be more creative and practical.Therefore,the study on league creative activities of the vocatinoal school is practically significant.In the thesis, By probing into five vocational schools in Guizhou province, the author found out the common problems in the league activities, analyzed the causes and put up with some corresponding ways and suggestions.Through the survey,the current problems existing in the league activities of vocational schools are below:the activities are lack of creativeness,the league cadres don’t set a positive example,the league members don’t have strong sense of responsibility,the Hook Helping from Party construction work to the league construction work isn’t carried out well and the evaluation mechanism is not perfect. Generally, there are 4 factors causing the problems above. The first factor is the complicated social influence, for example,differentiat moral values cause the youth to have psychological problems. The second one is various kinds of incursive foreign culture, some of which have a great impact on the youth’s form and development of moral values.Thirdly, advanced network technology opens an easy way for the youth to improperly release their emotions and brings some negative effects to our traditional culture. At last,the ways to organize the youth have changed, which challenges the traditional educational pattern.There are some specific reforming measures: firstly,keeping the Hook Helping from Party to League.According to the objective "Leading mind;Leading organizations;Leading teams;Leading development ",we are to create working mechanism,enlarge working range and explore working ideas, keeping the Hook Helping from Party to League and the Promotion from League to Party. Secondly, improving the evaluation mechanism and adjusting rating system. The available ways are live scoring, live voting, tracing activities and so on, in order to enable the young league members thoroughly know the contents and demands of the league activities.Thirdly, optimizing and creating the forms of league activites.The development of league activites tend to be project-oriented,front-oriented and socialized.Fourthly, making full use of media technology.Based on the school information platform and Internet,we are to build the interactive linking mechanism which provides mass coverage and can be complementary to the traditional teaching ways, aiming at shortening the distance between the league organizations and the youth and deepening the effects of the league activites.Fifthly,through holding compus club activities, we make use of the clubs as the bridge to unite the students, to strengthen the function of ideological education and to improve the cohesive force of league organizaitons. With the above measures, We hope to build the league activities as the platform for the youth to communicate, interact and develop,making them become capable, efficient, full of passion and vigour. |
