Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the country is committed to the development of secondary vocational education,vocational education in China has an indispensable position and influence,is an important part of China’s education industry.With the adjustment of China’s industrial structure and the changing international economic situation,China’s employment form is not optimistic.Throughout the talent market,companies struggle to recruit talent,while job seekers struggle to find jobs.Enterprises are eager for talent,high-quality talent is not everywhere.It can be seen that the training of vocational and technical personnel is urgent,and the main responsibility for the training of talents lies in the school,the core of the training of vocational skills in schools lies in the curriculum,and the current secondary vocational school curriculum is facing some problems,these problems on the training of vocational skills have formed a greater obstacle.Vocational skills training for students is to meet the needs of market talents,but also to meet more employment,promote the development of market economy.I mainly through the secondary vocational school accounting professional "tax law" teaching curriculum development and teaching practice,hoping to improve the current traditional teaching methods of secondary vocational education brought about by the negative impact,thereby enhancing the secondary vocational accounting students vocational skills and comprehensive literacy,on the one hand to meet the urgent needs of enterprises for talent,reduce the enterprise to the school to train talent to re-create this,on the other hand,in order to make secondary vocational accounting students better employment.First of all,this paper mainly introduces the research background of the course subject of accounting major,summarizes the research purpose and significance of the research on the subject,and the research dynamics of the work process orientation at home and abroad,thus leading to the content and methods of the course study of accounting specialty tax law.Then it analyzes the current situation of the curriculum of middle vocational accounting in our country,discusses the basic situation,basic status quo,basic situation of middle vocational accounting course and the psychological characteristics of middle vocational students,thus describing the existing problems of the current middle vocational accounting major and the course of tax law,and then the core part of the curriculum development of tax law,from the training needs of the accounting talent market and the development trend of tax law,to the relevant tax-related posts and professional skills needs as the standard,to determine the typical field of work.Finally,the field of study is transformed,the contents of the course of "Tax Law" are selected,and finally how to construct the course system of accounting professional tax law based on the work process,so as to implement and get the final effect on the course of "Tax Law" of middle vocational accounting,which is based on the work process.Finally,it makes an analysis and summary of the results and shortcomings of the work process-oriented tax law curriculum,hoping to provide reference and reference for the implementation of other work-based courses in secondary vocational schools.
