Research On The Contemporary Chinese Inter-party Relations:Perspective Of Deliberative Democracy

Deliberative democracy was first proposed by a western scholar named Joseph Bessette,however,the earlier practice of deliberative democracy theory was started in China.Deliberative democracy has built a platform between Communist Party and Democratic Party,it is an important way of promoting the inter-party relations,and it pays more attention to the procedure and process of the democracy,integrates different advantages,reduces the undemocratic and disharmony factors between parties.So through the deliberative democracy’s perspective,it can provide a better path for political party system and inter-party relations’ research.It will promote the democratization process of parties,make inter-party relations harmony.The article studys Chinese inter-party relations based on deliberative democracy’s perspective,it is divided into three parts.Firstly, discussing the Chinese deliberative democracy and the Western deliberative democracy.Introducing their connotations and characteristics.Analysing the differences between Chinese deliberative democracy and the Western deliberative democracy.Secondly, discussing the contemporary Chinese inter-party relations running on the orbit of deliberative democracy.Expounding the institution foundation and reslization form of Chinese inter-party deliberative democracy,and the functions and values Of Chinese inter-party deliberative democracy.Making a summary about the historical developments of he contemporary Chinese inter-party relations running deliberative democracy’s track.What’s more,Pointing out the problem of Chinese inter-party deliberative democracy:the inter-party deliberativeparticipators’ awareness is not strong,the inter-party deliberative system is not consummate,the process democratization of inter-party deliberative democracy should be advanced.Thirdly,Reflection on improving the parth of contemporary Chinese inter-party deliberative democracy.To enhance the inter-party deliberative participators’ awareness,including reinforcing the inter-party deliberative democracy awareness of the Communist Party of China,strengthening the democratic party’s inter-party deliberative democracy awareness and enhancing the inter-party deliberative participators’ democratic supervision awareness.To improve Chinese inter-party deliberative democracy system,contains perfecting the inter-party deliberative democracy entity system,the procedural system and the supervision system.To reinforce the democratic of Chinese inter-party deliberative democracy process,consists of enhancing the deliberative participators’ equality,impelling the deliberative process open,making the deliberative process be standardization.Chinese inter-party deliberative democracy can resolve the conflict and contradiction effectively in the inter-party consultation process,make the development of inter-party relations harmony,Chinese inter-party deliberative democracy is the inevitable choice of Chinese party politics’ development.
