Party politics is the political themes of our era. Development and perfect our country’sinter-party deliberative democracy, not only can clear interests expression channels of socialeach stratums, and to maintain social stability unity; And to provide scientific ruling, democraticruling and ruling party in accordance with the law governing provide intellectual support andsupervision of security, for our country’s political, economic, cultural and social development hasthe vital role.In this paper, starting from the basic theory of inter-party deliberative democracy, systemdevelopment of inter-party deliberative democracy in our country, refer to a large number ofliterature, inductive inter-party value in all aspects of deliberative democracy in the new period,and summarizes the practice achievement of inter-party deliberative democracy and its mainproblems, and in view of the problem solution are obtained. This article expounds from thefollowing five parts:The first part expounds the basic theory of inter-party deliberative democracy.
