The Research Of New Urban Community Mutual Cooperation Pension Service Model

Market economy’s establishing and perfecting, the marketization process, and the free flow of labor and the way of life are pushing social members into the society as a whole. But on the condition that the family unit and the guarantee function is weakened, the individual changes from "unit person" into "community person", the issue of social security of the people is also growing concern by the people, especially in accelerating the aging process in the background,. How to provide better service for the aged has been becoming one crucial problem which need people’s concerning. Urban community service for the aged is one of important problems of urban community’s development, relating to the healthy development of urban community and social stability. In this paper, as a starting point to the city community pension service issues, to explore a new service mode of city community cooperation pension.The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the background and significance of the topic, and the domestic and foreign about pension services were reviewed. The second chapter analysis as the basic concept and basic theory is introduced, which used in this paper is the theory of social capital theory and the welfare pluralism theory and theory of hierarchy of needs. The third chapter is the development process of China’s urban community, analysis of the unit community and new urban community, pointed out that the new urban community advantages. The fourth chapter to the development of our country and the existing pension service present situation and existing problems are summarized, the necessity of perfecting the community pension service model. The fifth chapter is the domestic and foreign experience for reference, from Japan, the UK foreign and domestic USA case, selected Weifang, Shanghai and Wuhan, and draw the relevant experience from these countries and the city. The sixth chapter is the exploration of the new city community cooperation mode of providing for the aged, and puts forward some policy suggestions. The last chapter is a summary of the full text, and points out the deficiencies of this study.
