For instance, the cultivation of “worthiness” and “voluntary” spirit lays a conceptual basis for development of mutual endowment service; perfects community network service platform provides the organization foundation; related motivated and matched mechanism creates the management foundation. Therefore, we should build suitable mutual endowment service systems on the basis of absorbing and using foreign typical experience. Specifically, we should establish trinity organization system of “Party Branch +Elderly Association +Mutual-aid Team”, provide trinity content system of “Old-aged Mutual+ Government Purchase Services+ Volunteer Service”, improve trinity carrier network of ”Families+ Community Endowment Service Center+ Mutual-aid Circle”, build mutual-aid community endowment service network based on information technology, perfect multiple cooperation mechanism of “mutual services group” and optimize the related matching measures to promote healthy and sustainable development of mutual endowment service system.
