Discussion Of Public Crisis Management Government Policy Issues

Affected by many factors, domestic economic, political and foreign terrorism, our country is in the high incidence of all kinds of crisis, the crisis of the general social values and norms of society poses a huge threat, seriously disrupting social order. How to effectively deal with the crisis, the Chinese government has become a need to address the most pressing problems. Government’s crisis management is effective crisis prevention, to avoid the crisis, or to effectively deal with the crisis, weakening the impact of the crisis brought about. Crisis management is the core of decision-making, therefore, study our government crisis decision-making mechanism, improve decision-making and policy-making level of the crisis our government has an important theoretical and practical value of our work for crisis management.Governmental decision-making problems of our country’s crisis management is the research object, and this research is divided into six parts. The first part: introduction,which introduces the background and significance of this paper, combining with the present research status of domestic and foreign public crisis decision.At the same time,this part briefly points out the research methods and main content of the paper, clearing the direction of this research. The second part: the decision problem resolution in the public crisis management. Firstly analyze the content of the crisis and crisis management, and then expound the meaning and the characteristics of public crisis decision-making.Last but not least,theoretically discussing the crisis management and point out the key to this problem is decision making. Combined with case analysis, this paper discusses the principles of the crisis decision, also introduced two methods of decision-making, and analysis the difference of this two decision-making methods. The third part: combining case describes the present situation of our crisis decision-making, analyzed our country government public crisis management decision-making efficiency of the influencing factors. The fourth part: based on the foreign successful resolution of public crisis decision-making system, to find the lacking of decision-making in public crisis in our country, to provide reference for the construction of crisis decision-making system in our country. The fifth part: to find the effective path of the our country government public crisis decision,and enhance the effectiveness of crisis response, weaken the destructive crisis,promoting the harmonious development of the society. The sixth part: conclusion. This chapter concludes the current situation of our country government crisis decision and points out that at present our country government crisis decision-making mechanism of the construction has a long way to go.Meanwhile,it points out the deficiency of this study, hoping in the future study and work to improve them.
