The war under modern high technology is not only the competing of fighting ability between both side, but also the competing of supporting ability. The operational support, especially, is irreplaceable considering to whether the combating ability could be totally expressed. To guarantee the combat equipment form global fighting ability, it is necessary to study the accurate operational support resource schemes and its corresponding robustness under different conditions in the development stage. By accurate calculating, we could confirm the scheme, satisfying the related space or cost restrains. Meanwhile, by the robustness study of the scheme, we could get the applicability information about the acquired resource scheme. And finally, we get the scheme which has the best robustness and fits the all combat tasks best.Based on the above ground, this thesis studies the coordinate and mating problem of the operational support resource of the basic combat unit. The main contents of this thesis are outlined as follows.Firstly, it analyses related theory basis of operational support. In this part, it introduces the meaning about operational support resource and operational support resource schemes. In the meantime, it discusses the question models—RACP(resource availability cost problem) and RCPSP(resource constrained project scheduling problem), which would be used in the next study of this thesis. Furthermore, it introduces knowledge about fuzzy mathematics and some related optimizing arithmetic, which lays the foundation of the next study of this thesis.Secondly, it gives a question description of operational support task, which has a certain work time. Then, it sets up question model; solves the model and gives different resource schemes according to different tasks by path relinking. Comparing all possible schemes one by one, until we choose out the best scheme among them, which could satisfy the all tasks on time.Thirdly, considering that in some special cases the work time of the operational support task is uncertain, it is necessary to calculate the robustness of a given resource scheme in the case of fuzzy work time. In this way, we could get the performance of a certain scheme to different tasks.Fourthly, the thesis gives out an example of shipboard aircraft. As environment at sea is very complex, the operational support work time is uncertain. So comply the third content to the aircraft with fuzzy numbers represent work time. Calculate the given scheme’s robustness on the basis of every kind of restrains. Lastly, by modifying the initial scheme, we could get the scheme which fits all the tasks best.We present some concluding remarks and discuss future work in the end of this thesis.
