The optimization of operation support resources of BCU(Basic Combat Units) isthe key to improve the combat capacity of BCU. Effective operation support resourcesoptimization is helpful to achieve higher combat capacity, ameliorate flexibility andsurvival capacity and reduce cost and waste. Researches on the evaluation indicessystem of operation support resources optimization is the basic of operation supportresources optimization. Based on the operation support task analysis, integrated withinfluencing factor analysis of Operation Support resources optimization, this thesisstudies the evaluation indices system of operation support resources optimization ofBCU.At first, the basic content of BCU operation support resources are analyzedrespectively, and the method of BCU operation support task analysis are studied.Based on the analysis of BCU missions, this thesis analyzes and integrates theoperation support task of single equipment to get the operation support task of BCU.Based on the method of IDEF3process modeling, a new IDEF3description methodwith new UOBs of operation support task and resources is proposed to analyze theBCU operation support task.Secondly, the evaluation indices system of operation support resourcesoptimization of BCU is built. Through analyzing the influencing factors of operationsupport resources optimization, the evaluation indices system is founded which mainlycontains personnel resources indices, substance resources indices, information resourcesindices, management indices and cost indices. Furthermore, this thesis gives thedefinitions and calculation methods of main evaluation indices, studies the method ofdetermination of weights of evaluation indices.Thirdly, this thesis studies the analytic model and simulation model ofMLDT(Mean Logistics Delay Time) of BCU. Based on the analysis of definition andcontent of BCU MLDT, considering different mission types, different analytic modelsare dividedly constructed under conditions of training missions and combat missions.Besides, combined IDEF3model with Petri net, a multi-level IDEF3-Petri net model iscreated to model and analyze operation support process.Fourthly, aimed at the multiple waves anti-aircraft training mission of one aerialdefense BCU, this thesis describes the training mission of missile battalions, builds thenew IDEF3model of the operation support task of the missile battalions, and calculates the MLDT of the missile battalions using the analytic model and simulation modelfounded before.Finally, remarks are made for all researches and some imagination for future task ispresented.
