The Study On Team Construction Of Rural Party Members In Jilin Province

The 18 th National Congress of the CPC described the plan of building moderately prosperous society in all respects and accelerating the modernization of socialist and made the gold of 2020 about building moderately prosperous society.The key of achieving the strategic objectives of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC is our Party and constructing our Party well.Partymumbers as Party’s cells of organism are basal bases and crucial cruxs.They would construct the Party well.It is impotant for them to grasp the key component element---- the management of Party members.Since the reform and opening up,rural living standards and the ideological level all have been significantly improved in Jilin Province.There are more rural Party members.The exemplary vanguard role which they showed is more and more outstanding and important under the new historical conditions.How to build,develop and manage this new socialist countryside construction backbone well is a significant project in front of Party committees at all levels.This study is intended to reform and opening up 30 years in Jilin Province Rural Development historical background to the questionnaire and in-depth interviews as the basic means. This study is based onthe perspective about how to further strengthen and improve of rural party building in Jilin Province under the new situation, to find out and grasp the province the basic situation of rural farmers and the rural party members,to discuss the problems and causes of rural party members encountered in the work.This study puts forward the theoretical, constructive and effectiveness countermeasures way about how to do this work by combining with the actual situation in the province and work and provides a useful reference for the province’s rural grassroots organizations working.This study is consisted of 5 chapters.Preface introduces the background and issues of studyfirstly,summarizes literature review and research overview systematically,puts forward the thingking and methods of the study, elaborates the importance and the practical significance of strengthening party building in rural areas finally;The second chapter elaborates this study’s related concepts and theories systematically;The third chapter analyzes status of rural party building in Jilin Province particularly.This chapter also makes comprehensive analysis,summary and discuss on the basis of the basic situation of rural party members and work characteristics of rural party building in recent years in Jilin Province;The fourth chapter deeplyexplore and analyze the issues and causes which rural party building faced in Jilin Province under the new situation.This chapter introduces issues which current rural party building faced from party concept, party structure,the number of party activists, vanguard role and democratic consciousness. It also analyzes the cause of issues deeply by factors of ojective environment, party members thenselves, organization and management;The fifth chapter makes the basic principles of Marxism as a guide and stands the height of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC.This chapter focuses on the implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech series and combines with the reality of rural grassroots organizations.It discusses particularly about the method of rural party building in Jilin Province and puts forward concrete countermeasures on the centre of faith education,restructuring,skills training,democratic appraisal and scientific management.
