| In recent years,with the changes of the times and the orderly advancement of the economy and society,the wisdom of the people has been opened up,the awareness of national citizenship has been strengthened,and more new requirements have been put forward for the quality of community public services.Through the analysis of residents’ satisfaction,we can intuitively understand the quality of community public services and service efficiency,and know the hidden needs of residents.For the community,it is necessary to proceed from a dialectical point of view to improve the satisfaction of residents and make up for the existing shortcomings of community public services.On the one hand,it can demonstrate the value of community public services,and on the other hand,it can pave the way for the harmonious development of society.This thematic research activity is based on reviewing the existing literature,combing the existing theoretical research results,and completing the creation of the research model.Based on this,the questionnaire is designed in combination with the results of the scale design of other scholars.This article uses a variety of research methods such as questionnaire surveys to obtain more original data,conducts related surveys on six residential communities in M County,and selects statistical analysis software to perform statistics and analysis on the questionnaire survey data,so as to know that the county’s community public Serving the satisfaction of residents,clarifying the research framework of this article,the data has constructive enlightenment.This questionnaire has a total of 36 items,of which the first 6 items are demographic variables and the last 30 are quantitative variables.Construct a structural equation model to explore the relationship between residents’ participation,community resource allocation,community public service acquisition channels,public service methods,public service content,residents’ expectations,perceived quality,perceived value,and satisfaction,and the results are obtained through quantitative research Influencing factors affecting service satisfaction of community residents in M County.The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)Test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire based on Cronbach’s Alpha and factor analysis.The results show that the reliability coefficients of the questionnaires all exceed 0.7,the KMO validity coefficient values exceed 0.8,and the factor loads after rotation fall within the preset dimensions.This shows that the reliability and validity results of this time are good,and the quality of the questionnaire is guaranteed;(2)Resident participation,community resource allocation,community public service acquisition channels,public service methods,public service content,residents’ expectations,perceived quality,and perceived value There is a significant correlation between satisfaction,and subsequent analysis can be carried out;(3)The path coefficient and significance level obtained based on the structural equation model show that residents’ participation,community resource allocation,community public service acquisition channels,public service methods,The content of public services has a significant positive impact on residents’ perceived quality.Perceived quality and residents’ expectations have a significant positive impact on residents’ perceived value.Residents’ expectations,perceived quality,and perceived value all significantly positively affect residents’ satisfaction.This explains that the assumptions H1a,H1b,H1c,H1d,H1e,H3,H4,H5,H6,and H7 are established.The hypothesis H2 does not hold;(4)Independent sample t-test or one-way variance test shows that individual characteristics have a partial impact on community residents’ service satisfaction.Among them,gender significantly affects residents’ satisfaction with services,while age,household registration,education,occupation,and monthly income have no significant effects on residents’ satisfaction;According to the research results,in order to promote the satisfaction of residents in the M County community,it is necessary to reasonably grasp residents’expectations,promote residents’ participation in community public services,optimize the allocation of community resources,broaden access to community public services,enhance service convenience,and make targeted improvements.The content of low public service satisfaction should be improved. |
