The center of campaign mode is changing from platform to network in modern sea battlefield. Seamless connection from end to end and plug and play of the grid network are the determinants of network-centric warfare capability in sea battlefield. Because of the system partition, system diversity, scattered resources and so on, the overall effectiveness of synthetic electronic information system could not increase multiply, which affect the tactical demand of fast, coordinated and synchronized in sea battlefield.It’s difficult to manage heterogeneous devices in current sea battlefield,so a set of node coding rules are proposed in this paper,which will be useful for turning combat equipments into nodes. The process of node access to the grid network is researched,a node research algorithm and the migrate of node is proposed. Through some simulation software,the access and migrate of node are verified. The main innovation of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Propose a set of rules in node coding. Based on the special background of heterogeneous,all the platforms and devices are represented as node. The nodes are classified through the location,controlled direction and capacity of device,and the encoding rules should reflect the basis property of node,which will provide the design basis for the access and migrate of node and service management.(2)Propose a node search algorithm. When a node access to the grid node through the property of transmission delay,distance and so on,which will change the most appropriate management server in order to achieve the function of plug and play needs.(3)Design the process of access and migrate of node in sea battlefield. By analyzing the need of sea resources and operational resources,the lifecycle process of node in sea battlefield is decided based on node search algorithm.The node search algorithm,the process of node access and migrate are verified in simulation environment in this paper,node could choose the most appropriate access point in order to access to the grid network through node search algorithm,and the most appropriate relay node could be choose in node migration,which will provide some theoretical and experimental basis for quick response and flexible scheduling of resource in sea battlefield.
