Legalization Of Socialist Deliberative Democracy And Consulation

Deliberative democracy refers to the social community, the participants through free and fair negotiations, adopt dialogue, discussion, criticism and other forms of discussion topics for establishing the legitimacy of a political life forms of governance. Modern deliberative democracy theory originated in the west, after long-term development and combined with China’s actual conditions, making the socialist deliberative democracy with a certain feasibility and operability.Multi-party cooperation and political consultation system is quite unique to China’s socialism with Chinese characteristics and the practical application of the theory of deliberative democracy in our country, is the key to achieve socialist deliberative democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. However, the current development of China’s socialist deliberative democracy and the rule of law consultation process, there are still some difficulties, so that we should proceed from reality in current China, to take active measures to seek consultative democracy and the rule of development.This paper mainly from the four parts of interpretation, the first part is the introduction of the article, research status at home and abroad, and research significance, mainly on the research carried out in this paper a preliminary presentation; the second part of the theory of deliberative democracy and the West were to explain the theory and practice of deliberative democracy development context to sort out; the third and fourth part is the innovation of this paper, the process of our socialist deliberative democracy legal system from a historical point of view, based on the summary of the induction, to tease out the socialist deliberative democracy and rule of law in the process, the completion of China’s socialist deliberative democracy and the legal system in consultation transition to the rule of law, namely the development of the law to comply with the process and put on deliberative democracy in our path to legalization outlook, on a deeper level for the stable and healthy development of China’s deliberative democracy provides preparation.
