Environmental Risk Class Group Events Guide Public Opinion Research Strategy

Since the reform and opening up in China, the rapid development of economic has reached a certain height. At the same time,more and more environmental problems are exposure in the public view, especially a series of livelihood issues caused by environmental pollution with the development of industrialization and urbanization, which we have to solve urgently.Because of environmental problems, group events has become more and more violent and much attention has been paid by domestic scholars. At present, the academic research on the public opinion of environmental risk groups in our country is relatively scarce, and it is urgent to break through theoretically.Based on this, this paper studies the public opinion guidance of environmental risk group event, and puts forward the practical guidance strategy of public opinion.The article make a research on how to carry out the effective public opinion guidance for the environmental risk class group event. Firstly, environmental risk group events of era background and significance of the research are introduced, and combs the status of the issue at home and abroad, and explains the research ideas, research content and research methods.Secondly it research on the event of public opinion to guide the environmental risk groups of related concepts and theoretical base, analysis comprehensively the definition of related concept environmental risk group events and its effects and influence. On the basis of the definition of related concept, characteristics analysis of public opinion guidance of environmental risk groups has been made.Then, the theory of agenda setting, risk communication and frame is put forward, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the public opinion guidance of environmental risk group events.The current situation of environmental group events and public opinion guidance of environmental risk group events have been analyzed, and lay the foundation for the questions and analysis of reasons of the next part.Based on the current situation which has mentioned above, there are three main problems remain in the public opinion guidance of environmental risk groups: cognitive bias of public risk,lacking of public risk communication and weakening public opinion monitoring. Finally, according to the problems existing in the public opinion guidance of environmental risks of group incidents, the author puts forward five principles to guide public opinion, and three strategies different from traditional way to guide the opinion of group events, which are guiding public risk perception, enhancing with public risk communication and improving risk monitoring public opinion,to provide corresponding theoretical guidance based for the media.
