Research On The Coping Strategies Of Network Group Events From The Perspective Of Two Public Opinion Field

With the popularization and development of the network,the ways of people obtain information have been tremendous changed.People's activities in the real world can be can be recorded,storage and transmission to the network world by the WeChat,microblogging and other media software.However,the network is also the "double-edged sword".With all kinds of emergencies occur frequently in our country,the related participants want their appeals to be got more attention which always blocked,that turn the event in the network fermentation.This is leading the the network group event occur directly.At present,the network group event has become one of the outstanding problems that affect social stability.There are "two public opinion field" in any network group event,which is the official public opinion field and the civil opinion field.Sometimes two public opinion field blending and blending,sometimes contradictory and sometimes mutual restraint.Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis,Based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis,this article makes a detailed demonstration of the friction and collision between the official and the civil public opinion field by selecting the typical cases of "Diaoyu Islands Incident" and "Guangdong Maoming PX Incident" from the sample selection,public opinion reaction and so on.and then draws out the relationship between "two public opinion fields".This paper argues that the "two public opinion field" represent different interest groups in today's Chinese society,which will lead a collision naturally.The collision occurred mainly in the event of the reaction speed,handling attitude,authenticity and expression,Frequent collisions lead to the network group event intensely.Public administration should recognize that "two public opinion fields" should not be antagonistic,but should complement each other.The author believes that the public management departments should make full use of the "two public opinion field" advantage,in order to handle the network group events correctly.They must standardize the network group events early warning,disposal,rehabilitation of the three stages of public opinion guidance,whith can ensure that network group incidents bo disposed by properly.
