Study On The Innovation And Development Of Our National Theory

National Theory of our country is the product of combination of the Marx national theory doctrine and Chinese national problem situation and the scientific theory has been proven effectively by national practice for more than half a century. With the changes of the times, the theory to guide practice has been changing and the excellent quality of Marx’s theory is advancing with the time. With the development of economy, China’s national social and national problems have begun to change violently after Reform and Opening-up. A lot of new problems and new situation are presented in national minorities and national minority areas and national problems began to complicated and internationalized. To properly deal with the new problems and new situation of national minorities and national minority areas, National Theory of our country should be innovated and developed to keep pace with the times and we crack the new problems and new situation of national minorities and national minority areas with developed theory form.In the topic of innovation and development of our country National Theory, this paper elaborates on existing content of China’s national theory(after the reform and open policy), motivation, achievement, academic exploration for innovation and development of the national theory, reflects the innovation and development of Chinese national theory at the end. To innovate and develop China’s national theory, we must adhere to Marx theory and More emphasis on national political and legal equality. We must seek truth from facts and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the minority principle and not damage the lawful rights and interests of the minority nationalities. We must absorb the essence of Chinese and Western and forge ahead at first of academic. We must insist regional autonomy in minority areas and not take national policy of multiculturalism. We must adhere to the national preferential policies, include it in the national policy system and the use of national preferential policies should be fair, accurate and differentiation. We must view Marx’s national theory classical exposition dialectically without bookishness and dogmatism. We must treat national fusion theory objectively. Don’t contribute to promoting national integration and change the national policy of our country. The framework of this thesis includes five parts:PartⅠ, Introduction. The theoretical framework of nationalities in China is divided into 6 modules: national entity theory, national problem theory, national relationship theory, national guiding principle theory, national policy theory and national development theory. Then, the main content of each module are described respectively. At last, China’s national theory is summarized into four major characteristics: inheritance, innovation, people and science.Part Ⅲ, The motives of innovation and development of China’s national theory. The motives of innovation and development of China’s national theory is generalized into theoretical driving force and practical driving force.Part Ⅳ, The results and exploration of innovation and development of China’s national theory. The first part is the theory results of innovation and development of China’s national theory, the second part is the exploration of innovation and development of China’s national theory by academia.Part Ⅴ, Thinking about the innovation and development of China’s national theory.
