Villagers’ Autonomy is a great pioneering the development of socialist democracy, is an important form of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics, China’s political reform is an important part of systems engineering. Villager autonomy is the basis of the peasant masses to exercise their democratic rights according to law, self-management in the form of democratic election, democratic decision making, democratic management and democratic supervision system in the form of self-education and self-service.By studying the current situation in Hebei villager autonomy, we find in Hebei Province, villagers ’autonomy showed benign implementation of the results: laws and regulations gradually improve villagers’ autonomy, villagers ’democratic consciousness gradually increased, villagers’ autonomy and economic development showed benign interaction, and so on. Of course, these results are not representative of all, there are still some problems in the process of implementation of village autonomy, institutional obstacles to the implementation of the more prominent, the effect of villagers’ autonomy should be further improved and so on. These are hindering the pace of building new socialist countryside. Achievements and challenges coexist, so that we know the current rural governance Hebei Province more objective. Villagers’ Self mature to go through a long period of development. Only through a combination of theory and practice, strengthen the system from the start, smooth channels for farmers to participate in grassroots self-government, the gradual improvement of the theory of building villager autonomy, so that the villagers autonomy system to better serve the rural development.
