The Party Central Committee put forward the strategy of implementing rural revitalization and to take the road of good governance in rural areas,indicating the way to realize the construction of new socialist countryside.The core of good governance in rural areas is to let farmers become the masters of the country and to maximize the interests of farmers by allowing the farmers to directly participate in village governance.The realization of this goal must be based on the comprehensive and effective operation of villagers' autonomy.Villagers' autonomy is a process in which villagers realize self-management,self-education and self-service of village affairs according to law.In China,villagers' autonomy,as a grass-roots democratic political system,plays an active role in the construction of new socialist villages.With the reform of economic system and the change of social structure,many problems have arisen in the actual operation.However,with the efforts of all sides,all parts of the country are exploring ways to realize villagers' autonomy,making villagers' autonomy with new vigor.The subsidence of the governance unit and the construction of "micro-autonomy" have become an innovation of villagers' autonomy.From the results of practice,this new governance model is suitable for the current situation of rural areas in China and can inject new vitality into villagers' autonomy.At the same time,the improvement of various systems,policy guidance and support have ushered in a new wave of rural construction.It is believed that with the new round of reform and innovation of villagers' autonomy,villagers' autonomy will surely play an active role in realizing good governance in rural areas,thus promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the village?...
