Study On The Role Of Villagers' Autonomy In The Revival Of Fishing And Rural Areas In Zhejiang Province

Since the implementation of the villager autonomy policy,it has had an influential impact on the lives of hundreds of millions of rural residents.With the passage of time,the implementation of the policies on villager autonomy by the state has put forward different requirements in different periods.In the process of policy implementation,the election is not standardized,the management is unscientific,the supervision has no way,and the decision-making does not participate.It often happens that such a phenomenon has become an obstacle to the healthy development of the villager autonomy policy.Numerous scholars have also carried out a lot of research on related issues,many of which are based on the qualitative analysis of policy implementation,from the scientific nature of policy implementation itself to explore the problem,few people use data from a quantitative perspective Exploring the impact of the implementation of the villager autonomy policy on the lives of farmers,and how much do farmers benefit from this process? What is the relationship between them?This study takes Zhejiang Province as an example.Firstly,it uses literature research method to collect and analyze the economic development data of the province from 2000 to 2015,and analyzes the relevant economic development status of Zhejiang Province since 2000.At the same time,the data on the development of villagers' self-government in the provinces of Zhejiang Province in 2000,2005,2010 and 2015 were compiled.The analysis of the participation rate of residents,the educational level of the grassroots committees and the proportion of female workers in the two committees The situation of villagers' autonomy in Zhejiang Province.In the follow-up study,the statistical data of 15 village committees in Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province and the Tawan Village in Taohua Town were selected as the micro-positive research objects.The multivariate non-linear regression analysis and the questionnaire frequency analysis method were used to quantitatively analyze the different villagers.The role and extent of autonomy indicators in rural economic revitalization.Finally,based on the conclusions obtained,the status quoand problems of villagers' autonomy in Zhejiang Province were analyzed,and opinions and suggestions on rural economic revitalization under the background of villager autonomy were provided.The following results were obtained in the study of this paper:The first.Established an evaluation system for villagers' self-government indicators in Zhejiang Province,in which the level of economic development and the level of education are the main factors affecting the development of villagers' self-government;Second.The article has obtained the relationship and influence degree between village self-government and rural residents' economic revitalization.The standardization degree of villager autonomy development is inseparable from the rural economic development.The two have obvious positive correlations,promote each other and complement each other;Third.Finally,the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for villager autonomy and rural economic growth,including measures such as economic transformation,improving the cultural education level of the two committee members,and improving the cultural level of the villagers.
