During enormous social transformation and changes, some special aged groups living in poor rural district who we call them ‘aged Wu-bao’ becomes to need focus and help of the society. Although shaped and featured by the traditions of that period, the special ‘aged wu-bao’ group has not only participated in the social transformation but also enjoyed the results when facing the great changes of society. Their track of thoughts and behaviors reflect the trace of social change from one aspect. The article adopts the way of field research and survey research study, using the method of participant observation and questionnaire survey. The thesis shows the daily life of the aged in nursing home. The daily life are the change of habitual behavior, new order behavior and conflict behavior that is particularity. The daily behavior of elderly appear after enter the nursing home. And this change due to the shape from organization. The shape is mainly manifested in two aspects: one is the modern civilization remove the uncivilized that they think, another is irrational factors increase that impact the behavior of elderly. Base on the change, we need the gerontological social work, which can provide some ideas for supporting the elderly healthy aging. Chapter one is parts about the study backgrounds, significances, literature review and study design. Chapter two is to present the elderly daily behavior in the nursing home. Chapter three is to explore the change of the elderly daily behavior in the nursing home. Chapter four is to discuss the shape to the elderly daily behavior in the nursing home. Chapter five is thy to introduce the gerontological social work for the shape. Chapter six is conclusion of the thesis.
